Membership requirement detail and application form:
Membership in the Gilbert Model Railroad Club are categorized in four levels:
> Full Members are adults over the age of 18. New members spend a two-month probation period and are considered and voted into membership by the Full and Seasonal members in attendance at our monthly meeting. Dues for this level of membership are $10/month or $110/year (payable by February). Full membership includes all rights and privileges provided by the club.
> Seasonal Members are members who reside in the area on a partial year basis. They must be adults over the age of 18 and complete a two month probation period. They are voted into membership by the Full and Seasonal members in attendance at our monthly meeting. Dues for this level of membership are $15/month of attendance or $110/year (payable by February). Seasonal membership includes all rights and privileges provided by the club.
> Junior Members are youth age 12 to 18 who are interested in railroading and assisting with the development of the GMRC layout and club activities. All Junior Members must be accompanied by a Full Member who is responsible for their involvement and activities. There is no fee for Junior Members and they do NOT have voting rights.
> Associate Members are other clubs, vendors or organization that have demonstrated key support for the Gilbert Model Railroad Club. Associate Members are approved by a vote of the then full & seasonal members of the GMRC. There are no dues or fees for Associate Members.

The Club Secretary will contact you when your form is received and reviewed by the club officers.
